Villa Cerritos is a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment in the gated community of Cerritos resort, along the (you guessed it) Cerritos beach!
This apartment is located on the second level of a large family home, and is so spacious and open! The ceiling are high, and there is plenty of natural light to fill the room. The suite has beautiful wood cabnetry throughout, modern appliances and good quality, comfortable furniture.
The living room has a sofa-bed, so your guests will have a place to stay as well. Also in the living room is a large flat-screen TV and surround sound system.
The kitchen has plenty of counter and storage space, as well as a garburator, small appliances, and purified water. The water in the entire apartment is actually purified (shower, bathroom sink, etc.)
The bedroom is up a small set of stiars, and has a king-size bed, closet space, flat-screen TV with surround sound, and a small covered balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
Rent here includes cable, internet, water, gas, $700 pesos of electricity, use of private BBQ, access to shared pools, restaurant and security.
