Roof-top pool with ocean views!! It doesn't get much better than this! Enjoy living in a small building with great amenities, just blocks from the Malecon and Pacific Ocean. This is an unfurnished condo, ready to be made a home.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and induction cook-top. There is plenty of counter space, and cabinets for storage.
Open to the kitchen are the spacious dining and living areas. Off the living area is a private patio which faces the ocean. There is a lot of light in these spaces, as well as semi-transparent blinds to help dampen the rays of the sun in the afternoons.
The master bedroom is also spacious, with large windows facing the ocean. There is a large built-in closet for clothes storage, and a master ensuite with shower attached.
The second bedroom also includes a large built-in closet. Both bedrooms have black-out blinds.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners. Rent includes one parking spot, security, and HOA fees. Guest is responsible for internet, water and electricity payments.
