This 5th floor condo offers spectacular ocean views, high ceilings, and spacious, well equipped living areas. Tiara Sands is a beautiful building just passed the marina, along the Cerritos beach.
The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with a modern fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Small appliances include a toaster, blender and coffee maker. Dishes, as well as pots and pans are included, and there is filtered water for drinking as well.
The furniture in the living and dining room is of good quality, and the TV is Smart, allowing you to stream your own programming, or you can use the satellite service provided, as you choose.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet, sitting area and ensuite with a shower. From here, you also have access to a private balcony outside. The second and third bedrooms both have queen-size beds and large closets, and they share the second bathroom with shower.
Services included are: internet, satellite, water, *electricity, and check-in cleaning prior to your arrival.
*Electricity is covered up to $700 pesos per stay/month. Additional usage will be charged separately.
