Tiara Sands is a building known for it's great community, accessible location, and stunning ocean views! This condo is on the 3rd floor, and feels like home from the moment you walk in the door.
The condo directly faces the ocean and pool, and has a wide open floor-plan. The kitchen is very large and is fully equipped with all full-sized appliances, and a large island with seating. There is a water purification system and washer and dryer in the cleaning closet adjacent to the kitchen.
The dining table is large, with seating for 5 people. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large Smart TV, so you can stream your own programming as you please. Open the sliding doors and let the outside in! The covered patio offers a beautiful space to sit an relax, morning, evening or afternoon.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, large closets, and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom also has large closets, a queensize bed, and ensuite with bath-tub and shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a large closet, and a second patio which faces the marina and street below.
Services included are: internet, water, *electricity, and check-in cleaning prior to your arrival.
*Electricity is covered up to $700 pesos per stay/month. Additional useage will be charged separately.
