Tiara Sands is a building known for it's great community, accessible location, and stunning ocean views! This condo is on the 2nd floor, and feels like home from the moment you walk in the door.
The kitchen is open and inviting with a nice peninsula to give additional prep space, or to be used as a breakfast bar. There is purified water, and the condo is open and very well decorated. Patio furniture is also provided.
The TV in the living room is Smart, so you can stream your own programming as you please, or you can use the satellite programming included.
The first bedroom has a queensize bed, large closets, and access to the covered patio. The second bedroom also has large closets, and a kingsize bed. The bathroom in the condo has a large walk-in shower and vanity. Full-size washer and dryer are also located in the cleaning closet adjacent to the kitchen.
Services included are: internet, satellite, water, *electricity, and check-in cleaning prior to your arrival.
*Electricity is covered up to $700 pesos per stay/month. Additional useage will be charged separately.
