Sunset Bay is a cozy 1-bedroom condo in a small complex of only 5 units. The living areas are large and open, with plenty of natural light that comes in from the north windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools, small appliances and dinnerware. There is comfortable furniture in the living room, and a Smart TV for streaming you own programming.

The bedroom is towards the back of the condo, and away from the street, so noise won't be a problem. There is a king-size bed, desk and workspace, as well as plenty of closet space. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or from the living areas if you have guests over.

What makes this condo really special is the beautiful private terrace, with views of the ocean and islands! On the patio is a dining table for 6 people, as well as a propane BBQ for your use. From here, you can also look down onto the common pool and garden area.

From here, the malecon is just a couple of blocks away, as is the Parque Ciudades Hermanas, where different events are always taking place. The Plaza Machado, Olas Altas and Pino Suarez Market are all roughly 15 minutes walking, so you are in one of the most perfect locations!

Included in the rent are gardening and pool services, water, gas, internet and electricity up to $700 pesos per month.

Towels and linens are provided, and cleanings throughout your stay can be provided if scheduled ahead of time.
