Palmilla is a brand new, secure development in the Northern part of Mazatlán, across the street from the Cerritos beach. The shared areas in this community are fantastic and include a large swimming pool, loungers, sandy play area for kids, several BBQ and games areas, and a couple of hammocks under a nicely shaded roof.

 

Palmilla MZT is on the 4th floor of the building, with no elevator (a great way to keep active!). The living spaces are open, and the condo opens out onto a covered patio. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large closet, while the second bedroom also has large closets, and is currently awaiting a bed.

There is one large flat screen TV in the living room, and another TV in the master bedroom, both of which are Smart, so you can stream your programming. All appliances in the condo are electric, and include a full sized fridge, 2-burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender, as well as a single unit washer/dryer. All rooms also have their own mini-split air conditioners.

Towels and linens are provided, and cleanings throughout your stay can be provided if scheduled ahead of time, for a fee of $350 pesos per cleaning. Two assigned parking spots are and included with the property.
