Palmilla is a brand new, secure development in the Northern part of Mazatlan, across the street from the Cerritos beach. The shared areas in this community are fantastic and include a large swimming pool, loungers, sandy play area for kids, several BBQ and games areas, and a couple of hammocks under a nicely shaded roof.
Palmilla condo is a ground-floor unit, making it easily accessible. The living spaces are open, and the condo opens out onto a large covered patio. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has 3 twin beds...great for kids or company who come to visit!
There is one large flatscreen TV in the living room, and another TV in the master bedroom, both of which are Smart, so you can stream your programming. All appliances in the condo are electric, and include a full sized fridge, 4-burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, and blender, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. All rooms also have their own mini-split air conditioners.
Towels and linens are provided, and cleanings throughout your stay can be provided if scheduled ahead of time, for a fee of $350 pesos per cleaning. Two assigned parking spots are and included with the property.
