This beautiful condo sits in the perfect location, between the Marina Mazatlán and the beginning of the Cerritos neighborhood. Costa Bonita Marina has direct access to the Marina, as well as a beautiful sandy area with loungers and tables. The area is also beautifully lit to be enjoyed in the evening as well.
The living areas are open and well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range and oven, as well as small appliances. There is a cleaning closet with a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as plenty of storage space throughout the condo.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and large ensuite with shower, as well as direct access to the covered terrace. The second bedroom has two twin beds, as well as seating and access to a private balcony.
Cleanings throughout your stay can be provided if scheduled ahead of time, for a fee of $350 pesos.
The rental rate includes internet, Smart TV, water, parking for 1 vehicle, and $700 pesos of electricity.
