Park Royal is a unique building located at the beginning of the Cerritos beach in Mazatlan. It is part hotel and part full-ownership condos. This means that while living in your own space, you also have access to the full ammenities of a hotel. This includes security, conseirge, pool, spa services, restaurant and room service.
The condo is located on the 10th floor of the building, and has stunning views of the Pacific ocean, and northwards up the beach towards Playa Bruja.
The living area faces the ocean and features large sliding doors which open fully onto the private balcony. There are new, comfortable sofa's in the living room, as well as a smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with seating around the table for 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a 2-burner electric stove. Small appliances such as blender and coffee maker are also included, as well as dishes and cooking utensils.
The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows and faces the ocean. It also has a queen size bed, closet and TV.
The second bedroom has two double beds, a closet, desk and television.
The rental of the condo also includes secure parking and monthly HOA fees.
Services such as water, electricity and internet are not included in the rent.
