Casita del Mar is a cute suite attached to a family home just North of the Marina Mazatlan. This suite is perfect for a couple or individual looking for something small, but in an excellent location.
Just steps from the main road and public transportation, Casita del Mar is close to convenience stores and grocery stores alike.
The beach is just around the corner, and a bus or cab can take you anywhere else you would like to go.
The front yard and main gate are shared with other guests, but there is also a private patio just for the Casita.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, 4-burner stove, oven, and small appliances. A dining table for 4 people sits between the kitchen and living room, and the sleeper sofa and chairs provide plenty of seating in the living room as well.
The bedroom has a beautiful king size bed and storage for clothing. The 3-piece bathroom is also located just next to the bedroom area.
Included in the rental is: internet, water, gas and electricity as well as 1 cleaning per week and 1 secure parking spot in the garage.
