Vista Azul is a stunning property up on Ice Box Hill, overlooking the ocean and islands. Just half a block to the malecon, a 9 minute walk to Olas Altas, and 15 minutes to Plaza Machado, Mercado Pino Suarez and Parque Cuidades Hermanas.
This property has recently been remodelled and is furnished to perfection! The living spaces are large and open, the sunlight and sea-breeze flow through to keep the spaces cool, and the bedrooms are tucked back away in a quiet area.
The covered terrace is large and well furnished, and also includes a large BBQ for your use. From here you can take in the beautiful views of the pool below, the ocean, cliff-jumpers, and the islands! The shared pool is just steps from the condo and is a great place to cool down when the sun heats things up!
Each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own TV, large closet, and ensuite with shower. The fist bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second and master bedrooms both have kingsize beds. Additional sleeping is available on the 2 sofa-beds in the main living room (can sleep 4 here), and on the sectional sofa in the den (can sleep 2 here).
A/C is available throughout the condo, with units in each of the bedrooms, as well as large units to cool the large living spaces, including main living room and den, where the sofa-beds are located.
The condo is equipped with towels and bed linens, hair dryers in each bathroom, filtered water throughout the house, Netflix and Amazon prime on the TV's, as well as Sirius XM and Spotify through Sonos device, and all the cooking/kitchen equipment you could need!
Services included are: internet, gas, water, electricity*, check-in cleaning, as well as 1 cleaning per week during your stay. Secure parking is also available at Vista Azul for 1 vehicle. Tours and catering services can also be arranged for an additional fee.
*Electricity is included up to $2,000 pesos per stay/month. Any difference will be charged separately.
Dogs are accepted with an additional deposit. Cats are NOT accepted.
