Palmilla is a brand new development in the Northern part of Mazatlan, across the street from the Cerritos beach. The shared areas in this community are fantastic and include a large swimming pool, loungers, sand area for kids, small soccer court and events area.
This house is perfect for families or groups of friends and is fully equipped so you can enjoy a comfortable and carefree vacation in Mazatlan! And, you can walk to the beach in only about 15 minutes!
The house has covered parking for 2 vehicles, and secure access into the development. The lower level is an open area with living room, dining area with seating for 6, and modern equipped kitchen with bar stools for 2 people. The kitchen has all new and full-sized appliances, including a gas stove, oven and washer/dryer.
Access the back patio from the dining area, and walk straight out into the common areas, pool, kids play area, etc.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level, each with plenty of closet space and attached ensuite. The upper landing is furnished with a sofa-bed for the 7th and 8th guests.
Towels and linens are provided, and cleanings throughout your stay can be provided if scheduled ahead of time, for a fee of $350 pesos.
