Casa Buena Vista is a large family home with a spectacular location up high on Cerro de Vigia in the Historic Centre of Mazatlán. The house has a private inner courtyard and a roof-top terrace with views of the Pacific Ocean and Olas Altas bay.

The roof-top terrace is complete with table and chairs, loungers, and a jacuzzi for 4 people. From this terrace you can enjoy the ocean breeze and if you are lucky enough to be here for Carnaval, the famous fireworks display!

There are 3 spacious bedrooms on the second level. A king-size bed in the master with access to an upper terrace and an ensuite bathroom; second bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and bunk-beds and a full bed in the third room.

A cozy bungallow just off the patio is complete with a full bathroom and a single bed.

Short term rentals include gas, internet, and water, as well as $700 pesos of electricity per month.

Walk down to olas altas beach, or hike up the hill for incredible views of the city, the ocean and sunsets. Just a few minutes away from the Observatorio, the lighthouse, ocean lookouts, and Mazatlan's world famous historical district!!
