El Altozano is a new building located in the residencial neighborhood of El Toreo. El Toreo is close to public transportation, banks, grocery stores, etc. There is an Oxxo convenience store just 1 block away, as well as a small park.

 

The condo itself has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. There is plenty of closet space in each bedroom, as well as windows to let in natural light. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and a large closet.

 

The living and dining areas are open concept, and the galley kitchen is complete with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Glassware, dinnerware and utensils are also provided, along with a set of pots and pans for cooking. There is a Smart TV in the living room, complete with Netflix, and internet is already installed.

 

Washing machine and dryer are located in the service closet within the condo, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioners. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

 

The roof-top area has a hot-tub and charcoal grill that you are free to use. This outdoor area is great, and has lovely views of the city, and the high rise buildings in the Golden Zone.

If you are driving down, Altozano has 1 designated parking space available with the rental.
