Almarena is a new residential development at the North end of Mazatlan. It is right across the street from the Mazagua waterpark and is about 10 minutes walk to the beach at Cerritos.

This brand new condo is on the main floor, and has a lovely covered terrace which looks-out onto the grassy areas and pool beyond. The exterior furniture is comfy and new, and is the perfect place to sit in the mornings or evenings to enjoy a drink or talk with friends.

The condo itself is fresh and was professionally decorated. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, closet and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a bunk-bed with queen mattress on the bottom and twin mattress above, as well as an ample closet. The second bathroom also has a shower, and doubles as the guest bathroom.

The kitchen is complete with large and small appliances, pots and pans, dishes, etc. There is also a full-size stacked washer and dryer in the service area, just off the kitchen.

The living room looks-out onto the green spaces outside, and lets in a lot of natural light. The sofa is also a queen-size sleeper sofa if needed.

Internet is provided, as well as A/C in all of the rooms.

 

It is about an 8 minute walk to the main road, where you can catch a city bus to take you into town, and cabs and Uber are also readily available, or if you drive down, there is parking included as well.
